DirectorHugo has worked in investment markets, product development & operational management over the past 7 years. Now with Karo, he takes on the responsibility of driving the business forward in the Irish market. Hugo is big into fitness and loves all things sport!
Lisa Miley
Director of OperationsWith over 16 years of healthcare experience, Lisa brings a huge amount to Karo’s day to day operations. Having herself worked as a Care Support Worker, up to managing multiple healthcare branches, Lisa has all the tools to drive on Karo’s day to day. Outside of work, Lisa tries to keep up with 3 very energetic children.
Odhran Ginnity
Co Founder / Non Exec DirectorOdhran has held executive positions at some of Ireland’s best known online brands. His primary focus is business strategy, product development, growth and profitability. He has 2 children and a very, very lucky wife.
Brian Egan
Co Founder / Non Exec DirectorBrian is MD of Bluebird Care Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, Sth Tipp & East Cork - operating two franchises in these areas. He is passionate about high standards which is strongly evident in the services provided by Karo & Bluebird Care. Brian is also a Board member of Cois Nore Cancer Support in Kilkenny. Family time is what Brian enjoys most in life as well as strong interest in all sports.
Mark English
Co Founder / Non Exec DirectorMark is a chartered accountant with a background in technology M&A. He has led the scaling of a number of international fintech companies. Mark and his wife, Fiona have 3 children.
